Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 1 cup bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the Thai sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir well to coat the chicken and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
