Description

A deliciously creamy whipped topping that’s perfect for desserts!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (236ml) heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Place a metal or glass mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the bowl from the freezer. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and peanut butter, beat with an electric mixer for 4-7 minutes, or until stiff peaks form / it’s scoop-able with a spoon and holds its shape.
  3. Use on cakes, cupcakes, pies, hot cocoa, etc.
  4. Place leftovers in a container and store in the fridge for up to 1 day.

  • This whipped cream is best used fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a short time.
