- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons crushed candy canes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture, roll into balls, and gently flatten into patty shapes.
- Place the patties on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each chilled patty into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off before placing it back on the tray.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top before the chocolate sets.
- Chill or let sit until the chocolate coating is fully firm, then serve or store.
