Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Hawaiian ham and cheese sliders perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 small Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb ham (thinly sliced)
  • 12 slices cheese (cut in half)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted, optional for top)
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard (optional for top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F for 5 minutes. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  3. Slice the rolls in half. Place the bottoms on the baking sheet.
  4. On top of the roll bottoms, create layers of ham and cheese. Add the tops of the rolls.
  5. Separate the sandwiches apart where they are perforated.
  6. Place the sliders into the air fryer in a single layer with a small space between them to allow the hot air to circulate.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops.
  8. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese has melted, and the sandwiches are lightly browned on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding some garlic powder to the butter mixture.
  • These sliders can be served with a side of pickles or a dipping sauce.
