Description

A delicious and hearty dish combining potatoes, kielbasa, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 34 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 14 oz high-quality smoked beef kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and kielbasa.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder, then pour it over the potatoes and kielbasa.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
