- 3–4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 14 oz high-quality smoked beef kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and kielbasa.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder, then pour it over the potatoes and kielbasa.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
