  2. In a medium bowl, gently mix together the diced avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro, blending all the fresh components evenly without mashing the avocado.
  3. Pour in the fresh lime juice, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and add the minced garlic if using. Toss gently to coat all ingredients while maintaining the salsa’s chunky texture.
